It’s getting hotter folks! Summer is almost upon us!

We’ve cooled down our menu a bit with a ton of light, citrusy and refreshing flavors. Our One in a Melon shrimp and watermelon salad is making a comeback. The name is new but it still has thick slices of watermelon, sauteed shrimp, feta, and walnuts on a bed of spinach. We have a light lemon-mint vinaigrette to pair with it to keep everything cooled down! We’re also throwing the shrimp in another comeback item our Southeast Shrimp Wrap. 

Our other menu items are a bit different. S’why we think it’s probably the most eclectic, all-over-the-place (in a good way) menu yet! We’ve decided to incorporate Asian flavors into our bowl of the month- Tongue Thai’d. This bowl is a deconstructed salad of sorts inspired by our favorite Thai dishes. The bowl includes a bed of coconut infused pink rice surrounded by baby corn, carrots, red cabbage, grilled pineapple, peppers, spinach, and peanuts! All of this with a side of a house-made spicy peanut sauce. We are super excited about this one!
